Message from Executive Board Member

Looking back over my life I can see how God has led me to relationships and opportunities that I could never have anticipated were part of his plan for my life. One such relationship God has brought about through meeting Sajid Sandhu and learning about the organization he leads, The Interfaith League Against Poverty. I found that I-LAP is addressing three heartfelt concerns in my life. First is the need to support persecuted Christians around the world, particularly those who labor in Christian ministry. Second is the issue of freedom of religion and freedom of speech in areas of the world where the Christian message, along with the expression of other religions, are suppressed. Third is helping fulfill the Great Commission by providing education and training to local ministers and workers who do the work of disciple making in a way that is effective, both in terms of cost, but especially in terms cultural expertise.

I am humbled that God has made it possible to be a part of this ministry, as we begin this third phase of ministry. I urge you to prayerfully seek the Lord on how you can support this work. I am persuaded that He has given us a great opportunity to be a part of his kingdom work.
