The Institute of Emerging Leaders School System (TiEL) is a project of Interfaith League Against Poverty (I-LAP), a non-profit organization established in 2004 with a vision to empower marginalized and economically challenged communities through education, leadership, and social awareness.
TiEL was founded with the belief that every child, regardless of social or financial background, deserves the opportunity to dream, grow, and lead with dignity and confidence. The institution aims to nurture visionary leaders from within underprivileged communities who can positively influence society and contribute meaningfully to the progress of Pakistan.
What makes TiEL unique is its commitment not only to academic excellence but also to the professional and personal development of its students. Alongside quality education, the institution focuses on personality grooming, confidence building, communication skills, and leadership development, helping students prepare for the challenges of the modern world.
The program also includes career counseling and exposure to diverse professional opportunities in both the public and private sectors, encouraging students to pursue respected white-collar professions. TiEL further promotes political and social awareness by educating students about good governance, the rule of law, minority rights, civic responsibility, and the importance of interfaith harmony for peaceful coexistence.
Most importantly, TiEL teaches students to maintain a healthy balance between rights and responsibilities so they may grow into responsible, compassionate, and law-abiding citizens.
Through education, guidance, and encouragement, TiEL is helping shape a generation that can rise above limitations, live with self-respect, and become inspiring role models and flag bearers for the generations to come.
